The Savoir Faire Company’s Chairperson, Lata Gullapalli, runs a much appreciated course on “How to Think” for students and universities in Jordan about twice a year.
Known for her disruptive approach and constant pursuit of better ways of doing things, she has consistently sought to improve systems even when they appear to be functioning well. This mindset led her to engage deeply in teaching the next generation how to think and how to prepare for a world where change is constant.
This journey has been as much a learning experience for her as it has been for the students in Amman, where learners have shown strong commitment and enthusiasm in absorbing global best practices drawn from her experiences across multiple countries, alongside the expertise of Asmahan Altaher.
The ongoing collaboration has evolved into a continuing relationship, with universities inviting her to return as frequently as possible — a reflection of the shared value placed on forward-thinking education and practical leadership insight. She expresses deep gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to this meaningful change and considers it a true privilege to be part of shaping future-ready minds.
